Our Team

Corina Alvarez is the Associate Director of Communications for Road Safety at GHAI. In her role, Corina provides strategic communications support to advocacy coalitions across Latin America working to advance public health policies that save lives. Corina is a fully bilingual communicator with more than fifteen years of experience in developing and implementing bilingual programs to educate consumers and serve as a point-of-contact between government agencies, industry, nonprofits, and the public. Corina has served as a spokesperson for various nonprofits and businesses and at one-time hosted a weekly, local talk show. Corina grew up in Latin America and is uniquely positioned to understand the culture and political pressures of the region.
