Rachel Morrison is the Jamaica and Barbados in-country coordinator for the Food Policy program. She supports grantees in implementing advocacy campaigns and identifies strategic opportunities for collaboration with global partners. Rachel is a health development specialist with experience working on health-related human rights issues. She has worked with government institutions, U.N. agencies, nongovernmental organizations and private-sector bodies. Her experience includes extensive work with grassroots organizations, community groups and vulnerable populations. Rachel is a trained facilitator with expertise in legal reform, policy advocacy and coalition building.
