Olivia Carter is a Program and Financial Compliance Officer for the Food and Nutrition program, managing multiple grantees in the African and Caribbean regions respectfully. Prior to this role, Olivia worked on the Food and Nutrition team since 2019, supporting various advocacy efforts across the program. Additionally, Olivia holds her master's of public health from George Washington University.
