Tran Bich Phuong
Tran Bich Phuong is the Vietnam in-country coordinator for the Road Safety program. She provides strategic planning, coordination and technical support to partners working on advocacy initiatives aimed at reducing road traffic fatalities and injuries. She has more than 20 years of experience working on policy advocacy and public health programs. Prior to joining the Global Health Advocacy Incubator, Phuong worked for the Atlantic Philanthropies and the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) office at the US Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam. She was instrumental in the development and approval of the Vietnam Helmet Regulation and the first Vietnam National Policy for Injury Prevention. She has extensive experience working with grantees and government, and a strong background in public health advocacy.
