Ezinne Ezekwem
Associate Director
Ezinne Ezekwem is the Associate Director, Primary Health Care & Hypertension. In this role, she oversees the primary healthcare practice area, as well as manages the multi-country hypertension program under the Cardiovascular Health and Health Systems Strengthening portfolios. Ezinne is a global health and development professional with over 10 years of experience designing and implementing innovative health interventions in Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and the United States, to improve access to quality healthcare services, with expertise in key areas such as health systems strengthening, maternal and child health, and HIV/AIDS control and prevention. Ezinne holds an M.Sc. in Global Health from Georgetown University, an MBA from Goldey-Beacom College, and a BA in Health Administration and Public Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
