Jennifer Patterson is a Communications Director at the Global Health Advocacy Incubator. She provides communications direction for the Drowning Prevention program and directs all organizational communications, visibility and brand direction, including website, social media, thought leadership, events and media advocacy. Provide overall communications direction and collaboration to eight program teams to strengthen media advocacy capacity, ensure consistency and best practices.
Jennifer is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience leading high-performance teams on face-paced, mission-driven programs for clients and organizations. She has worked at several nonprofits, including Reading Is Fundamental, Share our Strength, and USA for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency and Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, directing large campaigns and working with government and nonprofit clients on a range of communications and marketing services including advertising, public relations and public affairs, branding and identity and relationship marketing. Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, and she enjoys traveling, watching soccer and spending time with friends and family.
