Julianne Hopper is the Program Associate for the Overdose Prevention Initiative. She provides research and policy analysis to support the Initiative’s efforts to reduce overdose deaths. Prior to joining GHAI, Julianne interned at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). She recently completed her Master of Public Health with a certificate in Mental Health and Substance Use Law and Policy at Boston University School of Public Health.
