Shreya is a Program Manager on the Health Systems Strengthening team, where she manages communication and coordination, facilitates program-wide monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; and assists with research projects and strategy development.

Previously, Shreya worked as a Senior Resident Fellow at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy towards reforming health laws and policies in India through legislative drafting, research, advocacy, and strategic litigation. She was involved in reforming the legal frameworks for withholding/withdrawing life-sustaining treatments, public health emergencies, and regulation of pharmaceuticals. She carried out advocacy efforts to eliminate discrimination against persons affected by leprosy and children with disabilities. 

Shreya completed her law degree from Hidayatullah National Law University in India, and an LL.M. in National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University, where she was a Global Health Law Scholar and earned a Certificate in International Human Rights Law. While at Georgetown, she worked as a Research Assistant at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law and assisted UN Women Chile with a report on gender-based violence in reproductive healthcare.
