We build equitable and resilient health systems in low- and middle-income countries by advancing policies and programs that secure sustainable domestic investments.
We provide Civil Registration, Vital Statistics and Identity Management (CRVSID) legal reviews and budget advocacy support to improve public health data so that governments are equipped with the tools and systems to collect and use data to prioritize health challenges, develop policies, deploy resources and measure access.
We support CSOs to secure social and political will for equitable and sustainable financing for immunization and primary health care; work towards increasing immunization coverage and reducing the number of children who do not receive any vaccines (zero-dose children); and ensuring efficient use and allocation of domestic resources and international donor funds for primary health care and immunization service delivery.
We helped to prevent maternal mortality and expand reproductive health access by working with implementing partners on the ground to use advocacy to secure the provision and budgeting of these services by local and national governments in Tanzania.
We advocate for the prioritization of hypertension as a public health emergency and work with governments, civil society organizations (CSO) and the media to create awareness, strengthen health systems and improve budget allocation for hypertension treatment.
